Rhythms by the Bay is a series of free cultural performances and concerts taking place on the last Saturday of every month at the Marina Bay waterfront promenade. This community-engagement and outreach initiative by the Urban Redevelopment Authority is intended to create a more vibrant Marina Bay as well as to serve as a showcase platform for performing talents in Singapore.
