Marina Bay




	The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore’s national land use planning and conservation authority. URA prepares long term strategic plans and detailed local area plans for physical development. It co-ordinates and guides efforts to bring these plans to reality in partnership with the community, to create a vibrant, sustainable and cosmopolitan city of distinction. URA is also the development agency for Marina Bay. It spearheads Singapore’s future development efforts at Marina Bay, taking a holistic approach to master plan, implement key infrastructure and promote investment opportunities.



	As the place manager for Marina Bay, URA aims to promote and achieve the vision of Marina Bay as a vibrant live-work-play district. URA manages key public assets like the waterfront promenade, the Promontory and the Lawn and also programmes exciting events and activities within Marina Bay in collaboration with other government and private stakeholders.
